Return & Refund Policy

At Norcrest, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, this Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and the process for requesting a return, refund, or exchange.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • Be in its original packaging;
  • Include all accessories, manuals, tags, and components originally provided;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards;
  • Downloadable software products;
  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Perishable goods;
  • Items marked as final sale;
  • Personal care products that have been opened or used where health and hygiene considerations apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@norcrestshop.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs showing the condition of the item.

We will review the claim and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement, refund, or exchange where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable period. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Any approved refund will be issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if an exchange has been approved by our customer support team.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, defective merchandise, or an incorrect item being shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, the return process outlined above will apply.
